The work in this section sits at the intersection of AI, brand strategy, and organizational design. I co-built the framework that redefines how marketing organizations should be structured in an AI-first world, and designed the MBA course that teaches it. Furthermore, on the media planning side, I led the research that maps where retail media and influencer management platforms are headed. This is the work that doesn't exist anywhere else.
