Diwali is the festival of lights and a time when India glows with the power of a million lights and diyas (lamps).  But what does that mean for someone who has never seen light?
Bajaj Allianz has a long-standing relationship with the Pune Blind School - supporting the school and employing trained students into their workforce. This Diwali, we decided to create a campaign that shows that Diwali is more than a festival of lights. It is a celebration - the sights, sounds, smells, everything brings it to life, not just lights.
We asked people across India to share Diwali wishes using #MoreThanJustLights. We collected those wishes and printed them in Braille. Then delivered them, personally, to the children at the Pune Blind School on Diwali, so they could read and feel the warmth of the entire country wishing them well.
200 Braille cards and gifts.  The campaign showed that Diwali is a celebration that transcends everything, including the power of sight.
